Annual Wellness  Exam

With an annual wellness exam we will draw blood and review to gain insight of how your body is doing.  We will check your weight, height, body mass index (bmi), check your blood pressure and heart rate , listen to your heart and lungs, physical exam, and gender-specific checks.

Comprehensive Health Screening

A comprehensive health screen helps to identify at risk diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. This is an opportunity to learn and identify potential  health risks before hand. Below are a few tests that may be conducted as well as others.

Weight loss program

The weight loss program  is optional for 6-12 weeks with weekly Semaglutide injections. Common brand names are Wegovy or Ozempic. Semaglutide injection is used to treat type 2 diabetes. It is used together with diet and exercise to help control your blood sugar. This medicine is also used to lower the risk of heart attack, stroke, or death in patients with type 2 diabetes and heart or blood vessel disease. Semaglutide is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist (Mayo Clinic, 2023)
